Tara Bailey

President/Founder

Tara is an Ohio native who has called Alabama home since 2004 and has lived in Madison since 2016. She is always looking for new ways to increase civic engagement and accessibility.  

Heather Morgan

Vice President/Co-founder

Heather is an Alabama native and has lived in the Madison area for 20 years. She wants to increase accessibility and inclusiveness within Madison and use her experience as an educator to provide civic learning opportunities for adults and children. 

Jocelyn Broer

Lead volunteer

Jocelyn is a former candidate for Madison City Council District 4. She works to make sure that resident's voices are heard at City Hall. She continues to fulfill the promise she made to residents while campaigning of holding local representatives accountable through greater transparency.
